Question: Who are the course instructors and what are their qualifications?

Answer:

Our course instructors are chosen from those who have attended the course and who have excelled. They have as a pre-requisite at least Sports Science Degree or Equivalent
5 Years boxing / martial arts coaching experience at the highest level
Health Club management experience.

We then train our tutors for a period of 2 years before they are ready to be called a Boxercise Senior Instructor. In addition our tutors have a friendly outgoing personality with a passion for helping others develop their coaching abilities and enjoy doing so.
