AnswersQuestion: What are the different course levels and what will I learn?Answer:The Boxercise Instructor Course is the first level. This course is the foundation course teaching the punches, coaching techniques and how to structure a Boxercise session for a class or personal training. You may then either progress to the KickBoxercise or Boxercise Boxing Personal Trainer Course. The KickBoxercise focuses on elbow, knee strikes and kicks whilst the personal trainer takes you and your clients to new skill levels. Because you have proven your mastery of the basic skills in the Boxercise Course we progress you much faster up the ladder. You will learn very high level skills that will keep you and your clients challenged for years to come. |
