The Boxercise® Instructor Training Course

Who may attend?

The emphasis of the course is always safety. The aim is not to turn our instructors into competition standard boxers but ensure that they leave the course able to competently coach the basics of Boxercise to a novice allowing them to work out safely whilst having fun.

All who attend have an existing nationally recognised qualification in fitness. This enables our Course Instructors to focus upon teaching the new skills of Boxercise without distraction.

Those not holding a current recognised qualification must first pass the prior knowledge entrance exam (free of charge).

Course Duration

The Boxercise course runs over a one day period (usually on a Saturday) and lasts eight hours.
