Boxercise Course Pre-requisites

Boxercise courses have been developed to teach pad work skills to trained fitness/ sport professionals so that they can then safely offer Boxercise sessions/classes to their clients.

To access any Boxercise course the Boxercise Instructor (Level 1) course must be taken first as this teaches all the main punches, safety coaching points and pad holding. All other secondary courses then develop these skills further or provide new skills.

To access the Boxercise course attendee's, require a min of a level 2 or equivalent in a fitness/sport or coaching qualification. If you are unsure whether you meet this criteria please ring head office to discuss. We accept a range of other qualifications e.g Forces PTI, PE Teacher's and Senior Martial Arts Black Belt Instructor.

On passing the Boxercise course and becoming a registered instructor, you will be able to complement your own skills with teaching a Boxercise class or use the skills for one to one training.

If you are then considering developing your skills further, please see the course pathway and recommended development routes for advice or ring head office to discuss.
