I run weekly Boxercise classes for over 18's of all fitness abilities where clients learn the 8 Boxercise punches, defense moves, footwork and all while having a lot of fun.
My classes typically involve learning Boxercise techniques, circuits, learning combinations and boxing themed team games.
The classes are fantastic for weight loss, improving fitness and building stamina, plus you'll get to meet a great bunch of people too!
