You would stick to a class if you loved it. You would see results if you were given a programme that had all the exercises you loved in it.
That's what I pride myself on achieving for anyone that wants it. I am well known for my eye for detail; observing techniques to make sure your quality of training is on point.
I bring a high energy, party vibe to my spin classes, challenge and encourage you in TRX classes, and help you learn new or hone current skills in my Boxercise classes. I like to bring the best out of every individual I interact with, Fitness is all about progression, not perfection. With a background in various Martial arts, I am THE person to come to when it comes to your boxing and combat training.
