ProfileAfter 4 decades of being involved with boxing as a boxer and coach I started Boxercise and have been running classes at the Arena and Arun leisure centre in Bognor Regis for several years with an average class of 20 with a mix group and fitness levels. If you like 80s,90s and a mix of modern music and a lot of fun while working as hard as you personally can I promise your get fitter with out even knowing it . After starting at Bognor Youth Club Westloats Lane as a 10 year old I’ve gone full circle and excited to say 40 years later I’m back teaching Boxercise on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7.15 pm
