Hi, I'm Karolina and I'd like to help you enjoy the journey to your best, most mindful life.
My journey into the health and wellness world started because of and for my children, after my daughter was born with congenital heart defects. As a family, we went through some traumatic events that led me down the path to mindfulness.
After my own debilitating chronic health problems, I have begun my healing journey through rethinking my mindset, nutrition and adding mindful movement. That's when I realised I would like to help people do the same and enrolled on a personal training course, along with mindfulness qualifications.
I am passionate about health and wellness, and educating people of all ages about benefits of a holistic approach to health, through mindful movement and healthy nutrition – for the body and soul. I can help you with overcoming your barriers, improving your general well-being and enhancing your quality of life by removing many physical limitations through functional movement, stabilisation and strength training. I believe in utilising natural nutrition over supplements; mindful, enjoyable movement whilst listening to your body; and sustainable eating habits for wellness for a lifetime, not "just until you lose the excess pounds". Above all, it has to resonate with you and fit your life!
