ProfileI have been in the fitness industry for past seven years, studying and working along side client’s to help improve their health and wellbeing. Graduating in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) Sports Performance and Coaching degree has given me the knowledge, confidence and wide range of skills to help all levels of fitness abilities.
I have recently come back from working on cruise ships for 2 years, which included being on a 6 star cruise line Seabourn Quest and the Grand Princess.
I have worked with clients who want to improve fitness, increase lean muscle mass, drop body fat, lose weight and also to try and reverse their medication intake my improving diet and exercise.
I have a strong passion and motivation to help individuals who are looking to improve their image and to change their lifestyle for the better. I offer no quick solutions, but look for long term health and gradually improvements towards health and vitality.
