careers 5 years ago through Boxing /Muay Thai. During the course of my lifetme, I noticed the massive benefits that fitness has had on both my physical health and my mental health as well. Having a rigorous fitness routine increase your strength, stamina, bone structure and muscle mass, but it also teaches you how to be focused, calculated and patient, which are all valuable skills in today’s fast-paced society.
