Young Gloves Karate has been established since 1999, and have been asked many times by parents of students about the possibility of such a class being taught, so that they themselves can get involved just for the fitness and to support their child in their training without the need to invest in karate uniforms, licences, sparring kit etc.
The class will challenge your aerobic stamina with constant moving exercises, plus the short, sharp exercises, such as punch balling, that train your anaerobic energy systems.
