ProfileI’ve been teaching Boxercise since 2012, helping people of all ages build confidence, fitness and real boxing skills in a safe, structured way. Recently, I became involved in the Boxercise Champions programme — and it’s been one of the most fulfilling parts of my coaching journey.
Working with children and seeing them grow in confidence, resilience and self‑belief is incredibly rewarding. The Champions programme gives young people the chance to learn real boxing skills (non‑contact), develop life skills, and discover what they’re capable of. Being part of that change is something I’m genuinely proud of.
