ProfileI am Tina Davies and owner of Animate Fitness with my wife Emma. We have recently relocated to Bangor and are in the process of developing our new Fitness Studio. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Boxercise Instructor. I like to take my classes outside where possible into the fresh air. Since October 2019, I have been working closely with Lisburn Community Groups to help bring the community together through exercise. I have been running a mens Boxercise class since October 2019, and have also ran a number of Bootcamps. Due to restrictions recently all of or client base has been via Zoom and we currently host a number of online zoom classes a week, catering for all abilities.
