ProfileA little bit about myself, I have worked over the last 11 years in the fitness industry. I have worked from toddlers all the way up to the more mature members of our community. In November 2019 I took the plunge and set up my own business which is called Number 1 West Somerset catering for all ages and delivering a wide range of classes to all. My USP is I would say I am just a maturing women who is keen to look after herself and help and motivate others to do the same to be the best version of themselves they can be. I have been told that I am a motivational person I try to keep my classes fun and varied and I hope clients feel they can relate to me and trust me.
I am excited to add Boxercise for adults and children to my skill set and I will be delivering Boxercise Classes at The Beach Fitness Suite in Minehead for SASP.
On a personal level I have two children, I teach Group Exercise including indoor cycling, kettlercise, circuits, bootcamps, hitt sessions and fitness is a big part of my life, I enjoy cycling, running, walking and baking.
