ProfileHi, I’m Charlotte, a mum of two girls, a wife, and someone who turned her own health and fat loss journey into a passion-driven career. I retrained as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist over seven years ago and have since helped thousands of men and women transform their lives.
Along the way, I discovered a love for boxing, which led me to become a Boxercise instructor. I believe fitness and health should be fun, supportive, and accessible for everyone. Whether it’s through a class or a 1-1 session, my goal is to create an encouraging environment where you leave a little sweaty but always with a smile on your face.
I’m also a post-rehab PT, specialising in working with individuals managing long-term conditions. My focus is on helping clients rebuild strength, confidence, and independence, no matter their starting point or challenges.
