ProfileHi, I'm Kerry I am a 31 year old mum and personal trainer, i am married with two beautiful babies, I only really started enjoying exercising and the gym 15 years ago then it became a passion and release for me but don't get me wrong I've had my own journey with weight, exercise and having children and the struggles that come with all that but I promised myself that i would pursue my goal to gain my qualifications but didn't have the opportunity until my 30th birthday and encouraged by my late grandad, i then completed my level 2 and 3 in the same year followed by becoming a boxercise and spinning instructor which are two of my passions, but most of all i love the feeling exercise gives me and want to help others to experience the same feelings and achieve there targets.
