ProfileI am a pre and post natal personal trainer and instructor offering classes, sessions and food plans for Mums, Mums-to-be, couples and families. I also offer 28 day and 14 day online fitness and nutrition plans as well as online and in-person classes to fit in with busy lives. My other classes are Pound, Zumba, Stretch & Tone, Mum & Baby, Family Fit, and my own 15 minute workouts recorded for members to do in their own time.
