My name is Terence, I am an Advanced Boxercise Instructor living in the Wednesbury area.
Currently working at Simply Gym - Walsall, 1-2-1 Boxercise Personal Training sessions and Group Boxercise Classes available.
I also provide a mobile service (at people's homes) and can train people outdoors too.
1-2-1 sessions which will include teaching of the following techniques; stance, guard, footwork, correct punching techniques, combinations and defensive manoeuvres.
