ProfileI came into coaching in my 50s after a lifetime of exercise to overcome various health issues, and realised the difference it made to my overall mental and physical health. Eager to inspire others to move more, I qualified whilst working full time running a craft business.
I have now been working as a group exercise instructor for 7 years, Boxercise instructor for 6 years and qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2022 when I made it my full time career. I now coach age 35 to 105 with a mix of 121, group sessions, community classes, chair based exercise in care homes.
I coach Boxercise twice a week for Live Young Fitness and Nutrition and use circuits and group drill exercises in my classes, always ending with a fun finisher.
