When you receive your order, wherever possible, the package will contain a 'dispatch' note or invoice. This should be retained in case you need to return the goods for any reason. Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 7-10 working days.
Contract is entered into once we receive your booking and payment taken. In the unlikely event that your order does not reach us either by post, fax, email or internet irrespective of whether an automated internet response has been received by your computer we will not be responsible for that order reaching us as this is out of our control.
Payment is due before orders are dispatched.
If you wish to pay by credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and debit cards such as Switch and Delta. You will receive a transaction summary when you place your order by our website and payment is taken.
Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Boxercise Equipment Ltd. If you wish to pay by cheque you may firstly use the website to prepare your order and calculate charges then print and attach a cheque.

To avoid confusion you must confirm these in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
Boxing Equipment by its very nature and purpose cannot be guaranteed against damage once opened and used. However if a manufacturing fault is noticed before use the fault should be notified to Boxercise Equipment Customer Services.
Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
T shirts and clothing items cannot be returned once taken out of their hygienic wrappers. DVD’s cannot be returned for any reason once received by the customer as information on those media can be copied. Where goods are sold to organisations, who then sell on the goods, the terms apply from the original date of purchase from Boxercise Equipment Ltd.
Short Deliveries, if you suspect a problem with the delivery you must sign the delivery note as being short delivery and state by how many items the delivery is short by. Signing the delivery 'unseen' will not be accepted as evidence that you have not received a full consignment. You must notify Boxercise Equipment Ltd within 24 hours of the problem so it may be rectified. This also applies in the case of goods damaged in transit.
Boxercise Equipment Ltd cannot guarantee that all the items within the Online Shop will remain available indefinitely.
We reserve the right to improve and update products designs and colours.

If you should do so you will be breaching trademark law and open to legal action.
