I have been teaching boxercise since 2007. I have taught privately & also for Nuneaton & Bedworth leisure trust & most recently for Everyone Active. I am passionate about boxercise For many reasons, not just for the fitness element but also for It’s effects on mental health and well-being. Seeing my participants grow in confidence & fitness gives me as an instructor such a buzz, it is such a positive Feeling. Boxercise personally gives me a sense of self & equilibrium, during busy & stressful times, it’s the best stress reliever ?? I have so missed my classes & participants over this last year with Covid lock downs ? I really hope to be back very soon ??
