Hi Guys, Im Shaf, a level 3 personal trainer/Boxerxice instructor. with 5+years of experience in the fitness industry including specialising in weight loss, fat burn, body toning, body strenght, body building and of course Boxercisse. I specialise in boxing and love to implement boxing into the sessions as part of the program. it is a good way to burn more calories and get more stronger physically, metally and great way to punch the stress away.
