Prices

Prices are correct at the time of going to print. Boxercise Equipment Ltd, however, reserves the right to change its prices at any time after the date of publication of this catalogue. Prices within this Online Shop do not include VAT.

Delivery

When you receive your order, wherever possible, the package will contain a 'dispatch' note. This is not an invoice but it should be retained in case you need to return the goods for any reason. Your order will normally be dispatched to you within 7-10 working days.

Contract

Contract is entered into once we receive your booking and take payment. In the unlikely event that your order does not reach us either by post, fax, email or internet irrespective of whether an automated internet response has been received by your computer we will not be responsible for that order reaching us as this is out of our control. Contract is entered into when we charge payment to your card.

Payment

Payment is due before orders are dispatched.

If you wish to pay by credit card, we accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and debit cards such as Switch and Delta. You will receive your invoice via email when you place your order by our website. We regret that we cannot re-issue lost invoices.

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Boxercise Equipment Ltd. If you wish to pay by cheque you may firstly use the website to prepare your order and calculate charges then print and attach a cheque.

Cancellation

To avoid confusion you must confirm these in writing within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

Returning Goods

Boxing Equipment by its very nature and purpose cannot be guaranteed against damage once opened and used. However if a manufacturing fault is noticed before use the fault should be notified to Boxercise Equipment Customer Services prior to return, who will issue a returns authorisation number.

Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Customer must contact Boxercise Equipment Customer Services to obtain a returns authorisation number.
• Items must be returned in original packaging and at your own cost.
• Goods must be marked 'Returns' and must show the authorisation number.
• Goods lost in transit will only be refunded on proof of postage.
• All returned goods attract a 20% administration and re-stocking charge. All delivery charges will be non-refundable.

T shirts and clothing items cannot be returned once taken out of their hygienic wrappers.

CDs and DVDs cannot be returned for any reason once received by the customer as information on those media can be copied.

Where goods are sold to organisations, who then sell on the goods, the terms apply from the original date of purchase from Boxercise Equipment Ltd.

Short Deliveries, if you suspect a problem with the delivery you must sign the delivery note as being short delivery and state by how many items the delivery is short by. Signing the delivery 'unseen' will not be accepted as evidence that you have not received a full consignment. You must notify Boxercise Equipment Ltd within 24 hours of the problem so it may be rectified. This also applies in the case of goods damaged in transit.

Availability

Boxercise Equipment Ltd cannot guarantee that all the items within the Online Shop will remain available indefinitely.

Development

We reserve the right to improve and update products designs and colours.

Measurements and Weights

These are given where appropriate and are approximate.

It is the individuals responsibility to learn and understand the correct techniques associated with using this equipment. You assume all risks, damages, injuries or death which may result from the use of products/goods or items we sell. You should seek professional instruction and take care with yourself, your surroundings and others in the vicinity whilst using this equipment. The material on this website does not constitute advice and you should not use any material to make any decision or take any action.

Boxercise is a trade mark of Boxercise Corp. Only a registered Boxercise Instructor is permitted to use the name Boxercise to promote or use in any way any type of fitness activity. Because you purchase Boxercise Equipment from us does NOT allow you to use the name Boxercise in ANY WAY unless you have express permission from Boxercise Corp. We aggressively protect our name. Boxercise does not provide services under any other name.
