Hi I'm Zoe I have a qualification in level 2&3 personal trainer, I also hold a boxing combined and boxercise certificate. Lastly I also hold a mental health and exercise coach certificate. I want to help other's with low confidence from weather be trauma or SEN or something else to re empower them again with confidence. I work mobile either at your home or in 2 private gym locations 1 in Portslade another in Worthing. 121 sessions for kids and adults of all fitness needs. I currently run 2 classes and looking to add more both in Portslade fishersgate boxing gym. First for sen children 6-12 yrs on Tuesday term time 4pm .
