My name is Ola and I'm a qualified personal trainer. I'm also a fitness instructor and I run circuit classes in Chelmsford, Essex. I work with people who are self-conscious about working out in gyms - I come to you. Or if you want to experience the gym environment, we can workout one to one in a small private gym. My passion is combat sports - that's why I teach Boxercise and Kickboxercise. Since I'm also a qualified kettlebell instructor, my circuit classes incorporate kettlebells, boxing, resistance bands and bodyweight training. We put the "fun" into "functional" training.
