Hi, I have been in the fitness industry since 2012 and currently teach 1-1, 2-1 and small group classes. I prefer to keep my classes smaller so can offer a more personal approach with more engagement with my clients. I love training outdoors when ever possible but also teach from the gym, peoples homes and most recently online sessions which have been popular with covid restrictions. Favourite class to teach (and do) of course is Kick Boxercise and Boxercise. I have yet to meet one person that has not enjoyed doing pad work. Even my 68 year old client gave it a go in our 1-1.
