Hi, I’m Teigan. I am one of the owners of Buckby Health and Leisure in Long Buckby. I teach a wide range of classes including Zumba, Pilates, Step Aerobics and Basic beginner level Boxercise. All of my classes are held in the studio inside the facility. Boxercise will be held on a Monday evening at 6pm to begin with and more classes will be put on throughout the year.
