I have been teaching classes within the borough of Bexley for over 6 years. Originally a Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist, I have branched out to teach more amazing classes to the ladies of my community. These classes include Boxercise, Bootcamps, Dance based fitness, Pilates & Pre & Post Natal Fitness.
