Hey, I'm Stuart and I am a qualified advanced skills Boxercise instructor. I run weekly Boxercise classes for over 18's of all fitness abilities where clients learn the 8 Boxercise punches, defense moves, footwork and all while having a lot of fun. My classes typically involve learning Boxercise techniques, circuits, learning combinations and boxing themed team games.
