Hi, I’m a proud wife, and a Mother to 2 lovely children. I am a level 3 personal trainer with a number of extra qualifications under my belt too including boxercise, ante and post natal, nutrition and also a badminton coach. I teach personal training boxercise at either 1:1 or 1:2, and also run sporadic 4 or 6 week courses throughout the year
