Hello there! My name is Karen and I am a wife and mum of 2 girls who has a passion for fitness and boxing, I am a qualified boxercise instructor, as well as a level 2 gym instructor, level 3 personal trainer and trained to work with clients with long term conditions. I work from my personal gym which is fully equipped with cardiovascular equipment, boxing bags, speedball ( gloves and pads provided), I also provide full strength training equipment ( rack cage, plates, free weights, cables). I have worked with many clients to achieve their goals whatever they may be. including,Weight loss, weight gain, improved strength, hypertrophy, specific events ( 5k, etc) or general wellbeing.
