On a Monday ,Wednesday and Friday we are on amateur boxing club 17:00hrs to 18:00hrs for junior's and then senior's 18:15 till 19:00hrs. Every Thursday we run a free disability to all abilities training session 17:00hrs to 18:00hrs to junior's and then 18:15hrs till 19:30hrs senior's . We run a schools boxing programme with Henry Tudor , Monkton and Greenhill school. We also run a police boxing programme given people a second chance discipline and advice on employment an education.
