As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients over the last 3 years transform their fitness, but most importantly, to see them re-discover their confidence and resilience through exercise.
Over the years, I've experienced first hand how exercise can not only improve physical health but also boost mental well-being. This has inspired me to help others who are struggling with their mental health, to coach movement that they enjoy for happier and healthier lifestyle.
