Hi, I'm Paul, a life long martial artists and now a Boxercise Instructor. I've personally lost 7 stone through punching a punch bag and eating clean and now I want to help others achieve their goals. I found going to the gym boring, so I looked for other options for my workouts and found Boxercise. I have my own fully equipped training studio and offering group or private PT sessions. I promise it'll be fun and engaging with a great atmosphere in a safe space for you to train. My sessions are welcoming and great for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiast alike.
