Hi! My name, as you have probably guessed, is Rob. I have lived in Cirencester all my life. In my early working days, I was a vehicle technician, working all over the Cotswolds and Wiltshire. Although I chose this career path, it was never truly fulfilling. Luckily, I had many friends and enjoyed a varied and somewhat wild life for a while, but eventually, I had to stop and take stock of my life. “You have to grow up sometime.” I have always been very active, enjoying mountain biking, hiking, exploring abroad, scuba diving, and going to the gym. When I met my now-wife, Sally, who was already a personal trainer, it got me thinking about a different career path. A few years later, after getting married and having two wonderful kids, I decided the time was right! After qualifying with NASM, I started working at the studio with my wife in Ashton Keynes, and I have never looked back.
