My own fitness journey began when I faced my own challenges in life. I was living a very unhealthy lifestyle, which was combined with low self-esteem and bad habits. After hitting a personal low, I decided to take the plunge of turning my life around through the prism of hard work, discipline & commitment to live a healthy and exercise based lifestyle.
